Went in looking to get my first and guess it’s my fault that I didn’t bring a friend who would tell me to walk away. Every person I’ve told what I paid for it has laughed in my face and asked why I was sold a gen3 at full price and why I wasn’t offered the gen5, but that’s what blind trust in service gets you. Would’ve been a long time customer.

I recently had an NFA item transferred here, as it was the closest shop to my home. I really didn't want to use these guys anymore, but I figured, okay it's been awhile, let's see if they've improved. I've been in about once a year over the years, and I keep trying to give this place a chance. My first visit just before Covid was the best one. It was all downhill from there. One year I came in and everyone working there was eating, and they seemed annoyed that I disturbed their meal, during business hours, to sell a gun. This time I had to fight for their attention because they were glued to the TV watching news unfold. Just take the 5 minutes away from the TV to help the one and only customer standing right in front of you, and when I'm done you can go back to watching Fox News. The news isn't going anywhere, we're bombarded with it 24/7. The staff there are generally consistently awful. Customer service is so bad. I was made to feel like I was an irritation just because I wanted to come in to pick up my suppressor. Whoever the heavyset bearded guy with the ballcap and glasses is, that person just seems like a miserable human being. After I stated I was there to pick up my suppressor, this guy just sighs and says "name" and shakes his head at me. I'm thinking, I just spent my lunch break to drive down here, give you $45 for a transfer fee, and hope not to be treated like this again, but knowing I would be. There was an older gentleman there, however, who had much better communication skills and a brighter personality. Wish I'd got his name, but he was the nicest person to me in that store over all of the years of visits I've had there. Don't give your business to a place that doesn't want you there, or makes you feel like having to sell you a firearm or do your transfer is some colossal task. It's your literal job my guy. I would rather just travel further at this point to do business with nicer people. I'm tired of giving this shop chance after chance. I've dealt with the guys at MMP Guns and Healy before, and they make it easy and a pleasure. I wish the owners of Strapt well, regardless of how your people treat me, and I hope you continue to succeed. I guess guys like me just aren't welcome in your shop.
