FOREVER DOPE MANAGEMENT

I booked this venue with Sonia after being shown the venue by Ric just 2 weeks prior to my event. I expressed that I would be interested in the space, and Sonia expressed her need for PR services at this venue. We negotiated a rate for my Fashion Show Brunch on Sunday Apr 4 and I paid the invoice immediately. After continuously reaching you to Sonia to discuss her PR needs, we never we able to figure that out. The booking was a 4 hour booking from 10:00am to 4:00pm. I started communications with Sonia and Ric at 10am 4/4/21 my event was scheduled for 11:30am and I had my prep staff and vendors waiting in front of the building. With no answer it wasn’t until 11:33 when I was texted back after over 20 calls to each of them by myself and my team., also ringing their Ring system on the building. Losing sponsors and guest arriving Sonia refused to get on the phone with me and Ric showed up after 4:30pm as my guests and I were leaving. Without an ounce of care liked me in my face and said nothing. Ric then proceeded to ask me to speak after ignoring all of my calls to get into the venue earlier that morning. She got the money and decided on Sunday that she was hesitant about booking with me due to her being out of town... But yet the “Manager” .... she sent which was a resident, her mother and her small daughter that came down into my event to ensure things ran smoothly. Awful service, I would never rent this space again. I refuse to refer anyone to a space where they are at risk of not having an event due to the blatant disregard for their event, their guests and their time like I was inconvenienced and never apologized to or compensated for my inconvenience.

Studio House has some great vibes! Toya, the ex-wife of superstar rapper Lil Wayne and his daughter Reginae hosted a watch party for their reality show on WeTV. Lil Scrappy, Kirk & Rasheeda, Monyetta, Yandy, Zonnique, and Ms Basketball 1 were there to support.

Found this venue online. Location is good. Venue is pretty nice also. The owner, Sonia, is extremely rude. As a creative professional in Atlanta for over 15 years, I've use MPS Studios, Garage on Huff, Galleria 314, Studio Space, and other local venues for production and events, and I have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did with Studio House Atlanta.

Definitely one of the top managed studios in the city. Every time I've shot here it was very clean, there were plenty of accommodations and GOOD PARKING SPOTS. I've never had an issue with security or privacy as well.
