Absolutely no parking. This business attempted to use the parking lot of the business next door without permission for almost a year. When the owner of the Garage heard that the business was putting up a fence, he all of a sudden wanted to be friends and "make a deal" to continue using the parking lot. The Garage didn't even have a permit to run as an event space. He tried "doing the right thing", but only once it got out of hand.
