Great experience with customer service! Bought my first pair on On cloud shoes, as well as 2 for hubby. My right one squeaked said bad after only a few times wearing them. I had lost my receipt and when I went to store to see if anything could be done past the 30 days of when I had purchased them, The store was closed for the season. I pretty much thought I was screwed and stuck with a pair of shoes I could not wear because it was so obnoxious. I reached out ON and filed an issue for warranty but they said I needed an actual receipt. I called the store and they were open again! I spoke with the manager Jake and he said he was more than happy to either email me or print me out a copy of the receipt, but offered to have me just come into the store to make a return and pick same or different pair. I was so happy! I ended up with a different brand and the assistant manager, Jessica was so very helpful in me making my selection! Forever customer when management handles issues this well!

I ordered and paid for a pair of ski gloves on sale at their online store on April 8. Received confirmation of the order the same day. Two days later, on April 10, I received an email informing me that my order was cancelled without an explanation. When I called to inquire, I was told. "Oh, sometimes our inventory is off." I subsequently missed an opportunity to buy the same product on sale from another retailer, making it a double loss. Very disappointing to say the least. They need to keep their inventory accurate or exit the online market. Follow-up to my original one star review of this business. I have upgraded my review to 5 stars. After reading my review, the business owner reached out to me almost immediately with an apology about how my cancellation was handled and made a firm offer to work something out. As a good will gesture, he offered me a newer version of the same gloves at the original price I had paid for the sale item, a $36 difference. The gloves shipped the very next day. This generous gesture speaks volumes about their desire to maintain excellent customer service and to not let customers be disgruntled over a transaction. I will gladly do business with them again. We had an amazing experience today with Jordan while looking for bikes. From the moment we walked in, he was a wealth of knowledge, sharing all the details on different types of bikes and making personalized recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. His expertise was evident, and he took the time to adjust each bike, providing a full service that made us feel well taken care of. Jordan’s friendly, attentive approach truly set him apart. We’d visited a few other bike stores, but none compared to the quality and service we received here. We were very impressed and will definitely be back for more sporting goods! Fantastic quality bikes and an awesome experience all around!

I really appreciate good customer service and that’s what I experienced here. Employees introducing themselves and offering to help without any pressure. Reminds me of the good old days. Also this store is jam packed with quality active gear. Shoes, bikes, ski, snowboard and gear galore! They could definitely use better signage though, hard to tell from the outside how cool everything is inside.
