The name says it all, direct your gaze slightly downward or you can miss this one! I assume that in a flood type weather situation this area functions as a retaining pond as well, but for now it's a great area to relax and spend some time outdoors! There are usually at least one if not more dogs looking to play so it's a great place to bring your pup to. Also a great location close to lots of great places downtown. Parking is very minimal so walk or bike if possible to avoid any chance of a parking ticket.

Confused by the review saying there's no parking here. There's plenty of parking unless you're trying to visit between 2am and 8am.

The small park looks nice for relaxing and walking dogs, but could use some more amenities. It doesn't seem to have a restroom.
