If you haven't been to a Show at the Sunset Strip, you are definitely MISSING OUT! This Club is one of my Favorite places to catch a Show. You NEVER KNOW who you might see. Especially if you go on Thursday for the Secret Show. I did that this past week and saw Ari Matti Absolutely Crush. So did Dedrick Flynn, who Closed the Show. It's not just the Shows that are great. The drink menu has Club Exclusive Drinks, some of the Standards and even THC infused seltzers. With an Very Courteous staff, made of Mostly Aspiring Comics themselves, except for Jackson. He's just Awesome. Justin was our Server on Thursday and already knew us BY NAME on our 3rd visit to the Club. That's Next Level Service. Whether you are Visiting from out of Town or Live right here in Austin, GO CHECK OUT The Sunset Strip. It's where things are Happening.

I came here last night for the first time visiting from ATL. My hubby and I came out with 2 of our friends to celebrate his birthday. I left feeling disappointed on so many levels. 1) the comedians were not funny - I think I chuckled once out of about 6 comedians who were featured. 2) there was an under current of racism with a few of the the comedians content and the things that they stirred up within the audience - I felt unwelcome as black woman. I’m by no means sensitive but I do know the difference between comedy and saying what you really want to say with a chuckle behind it. 3) when they settle the bill out with you they have the display defaulted to 20% gratuity although they also charge you 18% automatically. I find that to be very low integrity and I literally paid over $60 for 2 alcoholic drinks, a water and a sprite. (That is not including the $50 which were paid for the tickets to get in) Overall left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

Don't risk it. Bought tickets at 2:30 pm same day of show. Took a rideshare to the venue. Locked door, no sign, no text, no email. Found out show was canceled 30 min before show start. They dont care about thier customers. Go somewhere reliable. Will never try this place again.

I would not recommend going here. When we arrived there was an extensive security check like you're going through the airport. Not ideal for date night, but not a big deal. When they led us to our seats, the attendant told me "don't speak unless spoken to"... what? The worst of it -- the comedians weren't funny in the slightest. I have a hard time believing the other reviews left for this place.
