Worse company ever. I used Sure lock & key 6 months ago to unlock my house door. First they won't give you a quote over the phone, they said we have to come see the lock. I agreed to the price the guy said, thinking he was going to pick the lock and I would be in. The guy just started using a crow bar and hammer to my door. I said please don't damage my lock or frame. He broke both my lock and door frame. I called the company, they said they will look into the situation this was 6 months ago. No phone call, no email from them. Terrible customer service.

I had my car stuck in a parking lot overnight - called up this company and Joseph came out to me that day. He even worked with my schedule which really helped! He got a key made and fixed my ignition key cylinder on the spot (and in close to an hour!!)! I have an ‘06 Accord so the ignition was quite worn. Works like new now! Great service, very communicative, and reasonably priced especially for being able to refurbish part of my ignition in a parking lot!

They came out to Pick my front door lock and instead Drilled it and broke my lock completely.I have called 4 times with no help. customer service is Horrible.I supposedly spike to a manager today.And she said there was nothing that they could do even though they completely broke my lock after only being here around five minutes! I was told by another locksmith that the lock should have easily been picked without breaking anything. The technician would not take a debit card...so we had to pay cash with is very suspicious!! And there was NO receipt provided. So $150 later, I have a broken lock and broken handles...and the company won't do a thing to help me!! I also talked to someone at the company last week and he assured me that someone would repair it and if they couldn't, then they would refund me. NOPE!!! They lied about that too...very disappointing "service"
