Tried to return a mug after a few hours of purchasing it because it was damaged. The artwork was peeling and you could not tell when it was in the box. We were going to chose another one but all were the same. Asked for a refund and simply was pointed to look at the sign no refunds….the clerk would not even look at me and then said she’s the manager. For $12 I expect a mug that is in good condition. Oh well…will have to charge back with my cc over a 12 refund.

Visiting Miami for the first time with my husband, we went inside the store to buy souvenirs for our kids back home. This place has horrible customer service, the guy who was tending to customers on the floor kept on following us, super close, staring at us the whole time, he made us feel very uncomfortable, every area we went inside the store, he followed, I had to ask him if it was for us to look around, he said yes, but stayed next to us the wholetime we were there. The woman at the register was not any nicer, when we went to pay, she didn't great us at all, gave us a mean look, didn't say a word the whole time. She looked mean and nasty. Do not go shopping at this store and give them you hard earned money, if you care about being treated with respect and good manners.
