Horrible customer experience. The sizes that they have marked on their sandals are not the correct size. Bought some sandals which I thought were a size 11 for my bf. When I went to the beach and he walked around notices they were too big and then looked at the bottom of the sandal and they were a 12! Tried to go exchange them and they were rude and uncompromising.

The practices at this place are unethical. When I attempted to pay with credit card they said it didn't go through and said their internet must be down. They also said my credit card would not charged. They told me I had to pay cash if I wanted the item so I did. BUT later discovered my credit card had indeed been charged . DON'T TRUST THIS STORE ON Washington Ave in South Beach Miami.

I'm never going to walk into this store again! My sister and I just left this store because we were being followed constantly while other people were not. We actually went there to shop and grab lots of souvenirs to being back to friends and family, but we were so disgusted that we have to leave. To be honest, the selection of merchandise is not great anyway. They should give some of their items away and be glad people want to be seen in them. We had just returned from shopping at Bayside Marketplace where the customer service at all the stores and boutiques were exception. We plan to shop there again tomorrow.
