Tried this place for the first time today. Bought the cheapest wash for $10. There was no soap involved, only water. About 1/3 of my car did not come in contact with any scrubbing surfaces. Hands down the worst car wash I've ever been to. The lowest priced offering shouldn't mean only getting a partial wash.

Honestly, I am very disappointed of this place. Very upset about it as a customer. I want to receive a good service. This is not the first time I come to the car wash and a towel rack. It's empty from clean towels full of dirty towels today I had to call the office. I asked for the manager named Linda. She wasn't there Somebody else answer and I forgot to get his name but I took a picture. The guy said he was sorry but you know what this should be a teamwork so while other people are doing something else, he should be stocking the towels. How come after I he Expedite to get clean towels? You don't have to wait until someone gets upset and complained. You need to provide outstanding service. A new customer came and ask for my feedback and I tell him how it is because by the way your vacuums don't even have the string and power to clean very well y'all need to do something about that as well. I came from Mr. car wash to Palms and palms to you guys but honestly, you guys Only have one location and this is what I get my car now It's full of water stains everywhere cause I was not able to wait any longer as I have to work and I car wash every day do better please I am not satisfied Therefore, that's what you're gonna get nothing more until you guys change that!!

This place is in my neighborhood but it's just too bad that all of the really nice people who work here always have to make excuses. I purchased a monthly membership $39.99 which is supposed to have the magical triple foam however once again that feature is not working. The very nice lady walked through the wash as I drove through and then she explained to me that in order to fix this problem she has to shut down the entire system and clean the filters. Why wasn't that checked yesterday before closing? So this means if you're going through the surf through today at montopolis and 183 don't waste your money! Go somewhere else. Because you're not going to get the entire wash meaning you won't get what you paid for even if you go through multiple times!

Love this car wash! They have a special where you can buy 4 washes and get one free. The car wash does a great job. They offer rags and vacuums after a wash. The staff is so friendly and often offers suckers to kiddos. :) Be prepared for a wait if they're busy. When busy they run out of vacuums.

This place is great! It’s amazing how shiny this gets my six-year-old car. I have the graphene extreme membership. Also amazing is how fast this wash works. You drive through in a couple minutes total, even with the extreme wash.
