I’m not usually into cycling, so I walked in not knowing what to expect — but this class completely won me over. From the moment it started, the energy in the room was electric. The heat and intensity were challenging in the best way, and Nicole guided us through every moment with such motivation and confidence. Her playlist was 🔥 — the music and tempo kept me locked in and pushing past my limits. Even though I’m not a fan of heat, there was something about the atmosphere, the lighting, and the vibe that made it feel empowering instead of overwhelming. I left feeling stronger, lighter, and surprisingly energized. I never thought I’d say this, but I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend giving it a shot — even if you’re a first-timer like me.

I rarely leave reviews but I enjoyed Sweat Cycle so much that I had to. Seriously, one of the best workouts I’ve ever done! I had the pleasure of taking this class for the first time yesterday, and I absolutely loved it. I’ll admit, I was a bit intimidated by the heated aspect at first, but between the instructor, the music, and the energy of my classmates, I was so pumped the entire time that it didn’t bother me. And when it did, I just slowed my pace, focused on my breathing, and made sure to stay hydrated. The entire staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, creating such a warm and welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be back! If you’re thinking about trying it—go for it! Just be prepared to sweat!

This is not meant to slander, but I hope it serves as helpful information for others. I had a 6:45 pm reservation and arrived at 6:34 pm. However, Google Maps directed me to Lenox Square, and I couldn’t find any signage. I called twice before reaching someone at 6:47 pm, who gave me directions but then informed me I was 5 minutes late and wouldn’t be allowed in. Additionally, she mentioned the location wasn’t in the mall and suggested I refer to a YouTube video for instructions on how to find it. As a first-time visitor, how would I have known this information? It wasn’t mentioned in my confirmation or reservation details. Basic instructions on how to get there aren’t even on their website, despite this being a typical issue. I think, as a business, they could ask Google/Apple to improve the directions to their location, as I can’t be the only one facing this issue. Alternatively, posting clear directions on their website would be helpful. I’m a regular SoulCycle customer, so I was really looking forward to the experience.

WOW- talk about a workout!! A friend had been trying to get me to join her for a sweat cycle class for some time. I basically told her the concept of cycling in a hot room sounds like torture to me!! However, I finally gave in and joined her for a Saturday morning class. Let's first talk about the location. The business is located inside of The Forum Athletic Club. The athletic club is located near the beauty school Elaine Sterling Institute and the Atlanta Police Department at Lenox mall. This should help you with actually getting to this spot. They have ample parking in the garage that is free. When you walk into the gym you need to follow the signs for sweat cycle. You are immediately greeted by the front desk staff and signed in. I was given the opportunity to pick my bike location and given a part of cycle shoes. NOTE: cycle shoes are required. You can not ride in your tennis shoes. Since this was my first class the instructor assisted me with sitting my bike up correctly. She measured the seat to my hip height and the handle bar against my arm reach. She also helped me lock the shoes in and gave me instructions on how to use the bike resistance and the various stances that will be called pit furring the classes the instructor advised that she recently had a baby so she would be on and off the bike, and likely off more. I can understand and respect that. The class started with a warm up and then the fun started. When I tell you this was 45 minutes of detoxification and cardio at the same time!! You basically get out of this class what you put in. If you go in and push yourself you will burn a ton of calories. I highly recommend coming hydrated and drinking water throughout the class! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that loves to cycle and wants to challenge themselves by doing it in a heated room! I look forward to my next class, maybe I will see you thee!
