This place is trying to keep, my deposit, due to I asked the gentleman, if I can put my cake in the building 30 mins before, I can get into the center, he allowed me to and him and I and the cake lady walked bk out, and the gentleman locked the door back behind him. They are making every excuse to not give the deposit back, be aware of renting from them, I will still be fighting for my deposit back.. Don't rent here they will take your money..

We have had our bigger family reunion here for probably 50 years or so and this little place was built just for stuff like that, it is an open room but with many tables and chairs so you can configure it to your liking, the rental is a decent price and we really appreciate the fact that multi decades ago people thought ahead of time so that families could still gather together!
