I was in the store for close to half an hour. No one greeted me or checked on me the whole time, and a sales person walked right past me (after helping someone else) and ignored me. It wasn't busy at all. I bought one thing and had it gift wrapped. At least the person at the counter was friendly.

They do not acknowledge your online order, phone numbers listed on the site have been disconnected, some email addresses are no longer valid and inquiries are not acknowledged for several days. By the time I heard from them I had already canceled by credit card to prevent compromise to my credit and that is a very involved and onerous procedure. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Caveat Emptor.
