I had the pleasure of being helped by Morris while doing an Instacart delivery, and I can't say enough good things about this man. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road so I could continue earning for the day. In a world where people are often too busy to care, Morris stood out—showing true professionalism, empathy, and integrity. He's a real stand-up Black man and an example of what great customer service should look like. Staples is lucky to have someone like him on the team. Much respect and appreciation, Morris!

Had a great experience at Staples on Ponce thanks to Mohamed (aka Mo), the assistant manager. He was extremely helpful, let me know about current deals, and made sure I got the best offer available. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back at least once a week to use the app and earn points. Thanks, Mo!

I am very disappointed in the store. I called on two occasions to see if the location had a money counter. I was met with one lady of Caribbean descent. Who placed me on hold for almost 20 minutes, under the disguise that she was transferring me to tech-support. I know from experience that there is an intercom That tells you if there is someone on the phone waiting at tech-support. So that means they just left me on hold knowing they would never picked up the phone. I hung up to call again to meet a customer manager, SHARIEKH who lied saying there was a money counter on the floor and when I asked to reserve, she either muted me or hung up. I remain on the phone asking hello hello for several minutes and there was no response. I drive down to the store in order to get the money counter only for the same manager to tell me that there was no money counters on the floor. It was such a waste of time to drive down here when the customer service over the phone was terrible. If you can find another responsible location, I would recommend it.

Lack of attention to detail. Pre ordered printed posters and went to pick up after receiving the “your order is ready” email. Prepaid additional for quality finish and to be laminated. Services not rendered when I arrived for pick up. Had to return at a later time to so the team could complete the order.

Latoya and Aliyah in the print section are the best! I needed to print a doc from my phone. It kept coming out as a link, and they went in and got it into Pdf form. They were both kind and professional. Recommend this team!
