Amazing! Such a beautiful interior space that the owner built himself. I love the lightning and the woodwork. It really is beautiful and highlights the tea products so well. We spoke with his wife who was putting together some apple tea on the counter. The place is really stunningly beautiful and we ended up purchasing some jasmine green tea.

Nice little tea shop. Clean and tidy. Lots to choose from. I bought a cute tea set. It came with a small case and everything fit inside. I had no plans to buy anything like this, but when I saw it, I felt I had to get it. (There were many more tea sets and styles too. The place is worth a visit.

As a tea lover who’s been searching for high-quality and authentic Chinese tea in Chicago, Tai’An has completely exceeded all my expectations. I was welcomed and greeted the moment I walked into the store. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the tea. They offer free tea tasting, which is very rare and usually costed a lot other places. The store itself is very well-organized and offer many different selections of tea. Whether you are someone who just got into tea and wants to explore something new, or you have been drinking tea for most of your life, you could find something right for you here. There are also many cute tea sets and tea pet that you can buy and they are great gift ideas. For me, I bought duck poop and snow flake oolong tea and they taste absolutely delicious, very rich in flavor. Highly recommended!
