This review has been viewed over 9,400 times. We just changed our review back to 3 stars because certain price check scanners and the telephone for customer assistance are Now Functioning, however I see that many products are missing (out of stock) from the shelves at the CVS pharmacy, especially the vitamin and supplement section. I was able to find what items I needed at the Vitamin Shoppe across the street. While browsing, I noticed that one of the pharmacists likes say things about customers subliminally and she needs better training (today, on 7/11/23 at around 5:15pm - the associate with blue shirt and glasses). We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of our top main focuses because of demographics. This is such a clean store, fast checkout, probably one of the most organized Targets I've been to, and it definitely seems to be managed very well. I noticed there were associates in almost every department restocking and cleaning. The self checkout experience is quite smooth, with an associate always willing to help. There are also many open cash registers with convenience items if you prefer. The Pizza Hut and Starbucks are clean, and they actually have warm food ready - most times we've entered. We will definitely visit more frequently to update this review soon, definitely up to corporate standards. We do appreciate Target price matching with Amazon and Walmart. Thank you. If we can improve anything here, I would recommend more signage/sale call-outs, especially for the racetrack and End Caps.

Very poor customer service. I went around 9 PM, and while I understand the staff might be tired at that time, that’s no excuse for being rude. If you don’t like working in customer service, maybe consider another job. I’m a frequent Target customer and have never walked into a store with such unpleasant staff.

I usually enjoy shopping at Target, but my recent experience was frustrating. I visited the store around 9:20 PM when it was not busy at all. I began scanning my items at the self-checkout — all of which were completely empty — and was stopped because I had more than 10 items. I was redirected to the staffed registers, where only 2 out of 10 were open, and I had to wait in line. If the company is concerned about theft, then why implement self-checkout in the first place? And even more confusing — why reduce staff and rely on self-checkout, only to block paying customers from using it over one extra item? If that’s the case, remove self-checkout entirely and hire more employees so all registers can be open and ready. It doesn’t make sense to have policies that punish honest customers just because of fear that others may steal. I had already started scanning my items, so being sent back was not only inconvenient — it felt like poor customer service. Policies like these create frustration, not solutions. If this is how things will continue, it’s honestly enough for me to stop shopping at Target altogether.

Clean store, checkout is quick, great location but I am giving 4 stars because they are not the best when preparing your item(s) for pickup. The app says “Ready in 2 hours” WRONG. LIES. They take a minimum of 4 hours even until the next day to have it ready for you to pick it up. It is very frustrating.

How this store handled the Pokemon new set black and white on Friday July 19 was awful. After me and my friend waited since 5am at 7am they took 40+ people on a virtual list and after the first 5 people got their stuff, There was no more Pokemon. The reason is because they give the product to scalpers like Earnie, I’m guessing for money because target doesn’t pay them enough to care. They sold some of the product on Thursday before release day and lied that they had no more because on Saturday they had more Pokemon in stock. Do not trust these people for their word a bunch of liars.
