This is a mediocre Target store, and it’s a bit rundown. I’m a little surprised that it even stays in business because just a couple miles up the road near the Costco is a very nice Target. I guess if you live close to this one, it’s convenient to pick up the basics, But if not, I prefer the other one.

People working there are very nice and they are excellent and always ready to help others. Today I lost my phone at the store and I immediately came back asking for help, a really nice lady at the check out counter quickly led me to check the lost and found and called other staffs to check whether there’s a phone left at their nearby area, she also helped me recall the area I might drop my phone, at the same time, another lady helped to check the recording to see if I left my phone at the counter when I checked out. I was almost crying when my phone was finally found at a pile of clothes. It only took less than 20 mins. Many many thanks to these wonderful and people that are always ready to help. Thank you so much!!

Not that great, yesterday on Sunday I walked here from a nearby hotel (new to Austin). A young white homeless male started making fun of me and called me bad names. (I’m Hispanic). He was sitting at the side of the target store on the grass area under a tree. Inside at checkout the blank lady employee was welcoming and nice to the customers before me and let them know when a register was ready, but she didn’t say nor give the same service to me.

Some of the produce and dairy items sell out fairly quickly, but this Target is awesome. The employees here are amazing. I've interacted with probably at least ten of them, and every single one was polite and helpful. Whoever is in charge of hiring here clearly knows what they're doing.

The people working were kind but seem to be overworked and the store seems understaffed. Almost every aisle I walked down seemed to be missing products and be disorganized but the cosmetics section was actually gross. I didn’t feel like I could trust in the safety of the products given how things were thrown about and how dirty this section was. Also, there was no music playing?? A very strange and disappointing shopping experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
