I called this location before coming to do the cat and jack exchange like I do every year. The customer service person who answered confirmed I can exchange. I get there the associate acts like she doesnt want to help. Made me feel she didn't wanna help me bc of my skin color. Then gives me the worst time. Normal process I go in five clothes never has any location ask for receipt. They tell me it's $100 limit give me store credit and I shop. Definitely didn't happen. If policy change why not tell me when I called. My clothes are Great condition. The worst Target experience ever.

Never shopping here again! Customer service is abysmal and apparently they have quietly changed their return policy so that some items do not qualify for the 90 day policy anymore. I live in Central Texas which has pretty much been underwater for the last two weeks. Not knowing there was a new policy I opted to stay safe and not go to Target to return a watch. Now because I am a few calendar days past the window they are refusing to accept the return.

This security and manager was very unprofessional and rude because I asked for a manager to come with me to check the prices on some items that were scanning the wrong price. Since they were closing the had an attitude because I was asking them to do their job to assist me . I was told to shut up and don’t come back because I kept asking for the manager to come and help me which she declined. How do you work I’m a customer service role but can’t provide the customer with any assistance. I definitely plan to contact corporate.
