I got to target at 9:44pm for a pick up order . I ordered multiple items along with my dogs food and The lady Mary that was working the pick orders brought out 4 orders that contained one plastic bag each on different time frames , the last order was brought out at 10:02 and I told her that ive been waiting for my order and she said very rudely we’re now closed and short staffed I said I really need to get my items , my dog needs to eat , I also asked to see a manager and she walked away. I don’t understand how they are short staffed when all I saw were employees standing and talking. This is unacceptable. She was either trying to milk the time and do one order at a time or she’s just simply lazy. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Now my dog has no food and I have to wait until tomorrow to feed him. I cannot feed him any other food due to his allergies.

Very disappointed, I parked in the DP a white vehicle was parked on the disabled parking line markings and I had informed him I needed to take out a wheelchair from my vehicle. He told me to wait to minutes and stood there for over 20 mins. At the beginning I had informed a staff member who told me they couldn’t do anything for me.

This Target is always understaffed. There is usually quite a wait for self-checkout and only one check lane open. It doesn't help that self-check out is now only 10 items or less so the open check lanes are filled with people with carts full of stuff, while the self-checkout lane is backed up with people with fewer items. It seems like one self checkout machine is also always out of order. And whenever I need help on the self check out machine, I select the button for assistance, but it takes an even longer time for someone to finally come help. Every time I've come to return items or do an order pickup at the customer service corner, the lines are long there too. The staff just looks overwhelmed. I try to come at off peak times because otherwise it's chaotic, with one instance of an employee losing an item of mine during a pickup.

Love the unique selection at this Target and everyone is so friendly! The home decor section is especially fun and lately there’s been a lot in the special seasonal area (right now it’s gardening). The parking lot can be a mess, but it’s so easy to park further out and walk and also hit up the bank and the post office.
