Run from this place. I bought some ballet slippers for a holiday gift. I didn't even think to ask if they were leather. I'd bought some two years ago for the same price, so i just assumed. They were not. They were sized wrong. I attempted a return and was met by a horrible woman who made me come back as she couldn't process returns. I made a special trip to do the return. I returned later, she was very rude again, and then I was told they had a seven day return policy even during holidays so too bad. HORRIBLE. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!
