My wife and I stopped in for a snack and a beverage. This place was freezing. I felt bad for the bartender who had to sit outside. We planned on having lunch but there was no way. After one drink we decided to relocate. I asked the bartender as we were leaving who managed the place. To my surprise she pointed out a group of people on a lower level (A warmer location). I felt terrible that they left her and were chatting it up in a more comfortable area. I failed to get the name of the guy I spoke to. He was less than helpful and simply said they called maintenance and there was nothing further he could do.

Blood mary not as advertised. Microwaved cheese for my app seemed like nacho cheese, not "homemade beer cheese". Staff seated at tables on their phones and/or leaving restaurant to chit chat out front. I was the only person there.

This is apparently the busiest airport in the world, yet there were only about 3 people here when I showed up. I think I understand why. Nothing available on the food menu, other than a few sandwiches, food is ok, very overpriced, even the beer cost $13.50. Is this the new norm? I understand it's an airport, but yikes. I suggest trying one of the many other restaurants. I got the Turkey Club, it was very average.

Do not go here. My girlfriend and I ordered a turkey sandwich and waited 45 minutes for one order, we ordered two sandwiches. The sandwich looked and tasted like a 5 year old was making a sandwich for the first time, it came with chips which was basically just crumbs. We didn't stick around to see the second one. The bartender/waitress was lovely and very apologetic. I'm assuming they're short staffed in the kitchen and the manager isn't doing their job since they were out of basically everything. If there's higher management watching this, I recommend you coach or replace kitchen management.

Food was good enough, but service was non-existent. Sat down at a table and while perusing the menu observed others leaving without ordering. So apparently no service available at tables. Went to the bar to order a sandwich and a Terrapin "High and Hazy IPA" - one of several beers listed at the table. Bartender seemed confused by that request and after waiting at the bar a bit, I was handed a can of Sierra Nevada "Hazy Little Thing IPA". Close enough for a weary traveler, but definitely not the Terrapin draft that I expected. The sandwich was decent and delivered to the table in short order, so kudos there. But no napkins at the table or delivered with the food. So back to the bar to get one. While eating, I saw several people arrive, wait a bit and leave without receiving any acknowledgement or service. Made a third trip to the bar to ask for a check. Bartender wanted my credit card first and I had to request an itemized receipt as none was provided initially. Overall, this seems to be a quiet spot to kill an hour, but don't walk in with with any expectations of customer service.
