I hosted my birthday party at 12 Factory Studios and man!!! It was such a beautiful and dope event. The way they laid everything out was incredibly memorable and all my friends had a blast. They also provided us with a bartender, a fully stocked bar and hookah vendors which was super convenient. I’d definitely use them again in the future.

Baby Shower for my God Daughter was definitely beautiful!! The venue is very nice and Zack was so super helpful in the set-up process. I was not the client of the venuw but since I was very involved I had a lot of exposure to the venue while we were there. Hubby and I are adding it to our venue considerations for an event we are hosting for our Non-profit that has been delayed a couple of years due to covid.
