I attended the Alexandra Kay concert with my my daughter, my niece, my sister and one of my best friends. We had a safe and great experience! The employees were friendly and welcoming and kept the flow of the crowd in and out moving. They were very quick and attentive when someone needed medical attention and never left her side until it was safe to do so. 10/10 recommend and would go again!

If you're looking for a big, wonderful indoor venue to see amazing concerts that sells the usual concert food and merchandise, at a very steep markup, but at least they have earplugs, even though they're almost $5, where you might have been able to see Daughtry, if you were there tonight with us, you have found it in The Complex. It was very easy to find the place and very easy to get into it. And it was also easy to find our way around it. It also helps that it is a well equipped venue with excellent and cheerful staff.

The Complex rocks all the venues in Salt Lake City. The Complex brings the very best bands from all over the world. Spiritbox is a rock band from Canada and if you haven’t seen them, you are missing out. Their sound is unmatched and they rock 🎸!!!! Thanks to all the staff, because you also rock. ADA seating is just not prepared to handle people who need accessibility and assistance. They definitely can make some changes. We were packed in there like sardines, probably not the safest if there was an emergency. Not only that, but I was there as a personal care worker & they were unable to accommodate my client. They need 24/7 care and told me I could stand down the hall away from where I could be accessible to my client at all times. I ended up asking if I could sit on the floor for 2 hours even though there’s was room for a chair next to my client. I get that the security was trying, but for every person with a walker or a wheelchair, they need to plan for a second person who is there for personal care and safety needs. Just a bit of room for improvement here. Other than that; getting into the venue was easy, security was kind. The ramps getting into the area were comfortable to roll up, the line waiting for the merch was roomy and comfortable for a wheelchair to go through. The way to the ADA section was easily accessible. Thanks to The Complex for making progress in making space for those with disabilities! We look forward to seeing your improvement.

Five stars for Franz Ferdinand! Three stars for The Complex: It's been quite some time since I've been here and I had forgotten how bad the acoustics are. It was still a great time and I'm glad I went, but I wish it could have been at the Depot or somewhere with better sound. I understand parking is limited, but $50? Wow. I parked at the Gateway North Garage for a few bucks instead. The cost of their concessions has gone up significantly as well. I can't blame, them given this economy, but they used to have better prices compared to other venues.
