I’ve been coming to Core Collective since January and have found it to be super integral to my life now and I think it’s recommended to come 3 times a week for best practices. The staff are so kind, the studio is clean and straightforward, parking is simple and I genuinely feel so much stronger even just doing 1-2 classes a week! The best investment ever.

One of the best lagree studios I have been to. The space is beautiful, the reformers are new and top quality, and the instructors are highly qualified. They have the flaps that you can lift and elevate at an angle, which was new to me but made for an even more interesting/intense work out.

This place has changed my life, my mindset, my body and my routine! Starting my mornings here with knowledgeable and personable instructors, a truly challenging workout that becomes addicting over time, and a beautifully designed and maintained studio is why I keep coming back. I’ve made friends in my classes and really enjoy the sense of community and creative events and classes as well (themed, candlelit, etc.) I’ve never been a big group fitness person until Lagree, and I love feeling myself get stronger each class.

Prepare to be humbled!!!! One of the best and hardest workouts I've found, and I've noticed a huge difference in both my physique and performance in other activities since I've been incorporating these classes 1-2 times per week. Plan on showing up a little bit early if it's your first time to get an introduction to the machine. All of the instructors are incredibly kind (but some tough love!) and knowledgeable about modifications when needed.
