This company is absolutely AMAZING! I had them host my 30th birthday party. They were promptly on time, friendly and funny! They were so helpful in getting the crowd invested in the game. They told great jokes and kept everyone engaged. They made my birthday so special. I would highly recommend them for any gathering you're thinking of hosting! I didn't get the best pictures because we were so busy having a great time. They had a great set up and all looked very professional!

This company is a scam! Do not use their services! This company never showed up on the day of our corporate event without any notices and didn't even bother to contact us. We called multiple times trying to speak to them. They kept making empty promises about a refund and updates that never came. They ghosted us after taking our payment and we were left with no choice but to submit a claim to court. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this company. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. This is a scam company.

Really great parties. Fun big events. Some equipment is in need of repair and she often staffs parties with less than professional dealers, seemingly due to her inability to retain the professionals who try to work for her. She also doesn't pay her dealers as promised, convey tips and on occasion won't pay them for months after someone works for her. She takes advantage and disrespects the professionals who refer dealers to her as she trades on their good reputations trying to help her staff a party. Then doesn't pay them either. Sadly, a business that could be so great & fun is crippled by what seems like owner mismanagement, lies & excuses. Distinctive behavior indicative of traits of a person wanting to be respected for their intentions and not their behaviors.

Would avoid this company for any corporate party you plan on having. We used them for 3 Christmas parties in a row and they didn’t show up to our last one after paying them around $4,500. I have been promised we would receive a refund since December…. It’s now March 28th and we have not. They won’t actually let you talk to anyone who is a manager, they hang up on you are say they will reach back out and never do. I avoided making a post becuse I truly believed they would do the right thing but I’ve come to realize they won’t, and the owner doesn’t even have the respect to call us back.
