Have nothing but great things to say about this shop, & the owner, Lindsey! I had been shopping all day for a wedding guest dress with no luck. I started browsing The Getup, when Lindsey came to offer help with my search. She asked for specifics for the event dress code, & pulled a bunch of options I never would’ve thought to grab. I ended up with a gorgeous vintage dress that fits perfectly for an extremely reasonable price, along with a few other items. I also had a chance to speak with Lindsey about her passion for sustainability, & helping folks find homes for unneeded items, even if they aren’t going to her shop. This was a great vintage place. They had a lot of pieces and the quality was really good (especially for the older pieces). I was surprised by the quality of the 1950s pieces I found. I also liked that they included useful information on the tags (like measurements) and organized the pieces by decade so you can narrow down to your preferences (but of course browse other decades). Ended up getting a really beautiful 1950s dress with trim detailing. Love it.

The Getup Vintage is far and away the BEST vintage store I have ever been to (and I've been to hundreds of them all over the country.) From the goods they offer (which are incredibly well curated and organized) to the incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff, it is hands down a MUST if you're in Ann Arbor looking for vintage clothing. And did I mention their prices? The Getup's prices are accessible and fair (which is not something you'll find in a lot of vintage stores of this caliber.) Truly a gem! Don't miss it!
