Oddly enough, they ended up selecting a corset-back, spaghetti-strap mini dress, contradicting their own criteria. Yes, I arrived 15 minutes before closing, but I offered to leave everything and return the next day to make it easier for them. I was assured that the timing wasn't an issue — but their tone and demeanor said otherwise. In the end, I decided to take all my dresses and leave. This could have been a great opportunity for both of us, but due to the unprofessional handling, they’ve likely missed out on a substantial amount of consignment funds. I can’t speak to being a seller but I love buying here. I think it’s the best consignment shop around the area. Yes, it’s pricier, because it’s not a thrift store, and they carry higher end brands. It’s very shoppable within ~30 minutes because it’s such a small store, and I love that everything is designer and I don’t have to sort through cheaper brands. I also appreciate that everything is 25% off after a month. That leads to some great deals. Overall I really enjoy going here. As an example I just got a $695 dress for $52. It was in perfect condition. To me, that’s totally fair. If you are seeking higher end stuff don’t miss this place!

Great resale store, high quality items. This is a RESALE store, not a thrift shop. Items are beautifully displayed and well organized. Ann Arbor is lucky to have this shop in our community. Reuse is the way of the future!! Shop resale first. Also, after reading some of the comments, please remember this is consignment. The store try’s to sell your item(s). If they do not sell that is NOT their fault. If there was not a buyer for that particular item then it does not sell. I figure why not try Top Drawer first. Maybe I’ll sell some items. If not they donate for me. All good!

I love this store and have bought some lovely and stylish things here. I found a beautiful Talbots trench-coat in Tiffany blue — $25. Also, a large Kate Spade billfold for $48. I even found shoes my size, which is very narrow. The staff is friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit!
