Our office does karaoke here every 1-2 months. Great song selection, great service, and great vibes! Easy to reserve a room too, we just have to remember to book as early as the website allows, which is 7 days in advance! Thanks highball!

I rarely leave Google Reviews, but I really wanted to come and say how much fun me and my friends had last night at Highball. It was my second time going, but first time booking it myself, and the staff was so nice with the booking process, and so nice once we got there. They were singing along with us and really kind, and helpful with the room explanation. The food was also really good, unexpectedly so. Most of us got wings and fries so nothing crazy, but we had full bar access, and a full food menu so that was great, and not having to leave the room to order was great. Only minor thing was that the bathrooms were downstairs, but we figured it out, so truly not too much of a deterrent. I would definitely book if you are looking for a private karaoke room. We had 15/16+ come and fit all of us in their Inferno room. It was $50 an hour, but they offered to split it amongst the guests as well, which comes out to barely $3 a person, plus their own food and drink (we all got individual checks without asking so no bill splitting needed). Great experience for fans of group karaoke!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The environment was sub par compared to anything else around. My biggest complaint however is the bartender. I get ID and the door which of course is fine and then when I get a drink I get a difficult time again for another 5 minutes even though I’m 23. That’s something I can look past even but I go to close out and my bill seemed high for what I ordered so I asked to double check the reciept and the bartender was so condescending saying I had a ton of beers! (I had three) but failed to mention they automatically add an 18% “service charge” which was why I was confused it was so expensive. After the rude comments I asked “is that okay if a double check” and I got snapped at. Makes you think why they might need to automatically add a tip… definitely won’t be coming back and if you like bars with decent people I’d stay away from here

Stumbled upon swing dancing and a live band. The vibes were like old school nightclub, it was gorgeous and funky! We came for karaoke and had an absolute blast. Song selection was excellent and we loved our server. Only thing that could be better was the room we were in - it was a bit run down. Would’ve loved to be offered one of the more charming vacant rooms, but now I know to book that for next time. 10/10 recommend

This experience was so superior when it was a bowling alley on the other side of the parking lot. They acted like they’d revive it post-renovation, but this was not the case. This has been consistently disappointing over ~30 visits in the decade since renovation - unfriendly staff, always too loud. On the bright side- parking, wifi, air conditioning, and spaciousness are all impressive.
