I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by the experience we had today. Upon entering the establishment with a couple of other groups, my friends and I were singled out and accused of smelling like marijuana despite the fact that no one in our group even smokes cigarettes, let alone anything else. We immediately offered to have our bags checked to clarify any misunderstanding, but the staff refused, stating they “knew it was us” without providing any explanation or evidence. When we asked to speak to the manager, the situation escalated unnecessarily. He raised his voice, and took a defensive and aggressive stance, telling us we were "making it worse" and needed to leave despite the fact that we remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. It felt discriminatory and completely unjustified. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment before, and it left a very negative impression. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to handle such situations more fairly and professionally.

Came here with my Boyfriend and we had a great time! Chen was super helpful with helping us pick which guns we wanted to use especially since I was newer at this. Jacob and Isaac were super helpful while inside the range as well, even though Chen gave us a mini lesson before we went in with each gun they were there helping us whenever we had a question and it definitely made me confident and feel safe while being there. I will definitely be back soon thank you guys so much for the great experience!!

This was my first time shooting at this place, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very stressful and disappointing experience because of one staff member named Chen. He was extremely rude and aggressive. I simply wanted to take one photo the gun was completely unloaded and pointed in a safe direction. Out of nowhere, Chen started yelling at me, saying I needed to ask my husband to take a photo from the side, even though I was being careful and respectful of the rules. He made a huge scene and created a very tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. What’s worse is that the staff at the front had told us it was fine to relax and take photos inside, as long as it was safe. Chen’s behavior was completely unnecessary and ruined the entire experience. I’ve been to other ranges where staff are supportive, especially with beginners, but this place felt hostile. Honestly, the worst gun range I’ve ever been to in Los Angeles. Never coming back.
