This was our first visit and our anniversary at that. Emily C., was amazing and very attentive. She was informative answered all of our questions. The experience was unique and interesting. My husband and I agree that we’d rather pay to have someone else cook the food.

What an awesome experience! The food was excellent, the presentation was amazing. Our server, Stephen, was friendly and attentive. He even presented us with a birthday candle on a plate with macroons! We will definitely be going again.

We've been wanting to visit The Melting Pot for many years. Our trip to Raleigh gave us the opportunity. We were warmly welcomed and seated at a booth. Our server introduced herself and provided us with a deep orientation for the unfamiliar. It was much needed and appreciated! Service flowed with maximum efficiency with drinks, salads, and mains coming quickly. We were satisfied with our Caesar salads and the guided choice of grill entrees given our preference for healthier food options. The self cooking grill experience was fun activity. I am glad we tried The Melting Pot.
