Wonderful selection of high-quality titles. Everything shipped promptly and was packed to perfection--well enough to survive the abuse that our local post office gratuitously visits on most packages they deliver. My only suggestion for improvement would be to post images of the tables of content for the books on the online store, and perhaps images of a few sample pages to allow customers to see if the technical level is a good match to their needs (and skill level). It's not a big deal for the $10-20 paperbacks, but for $60 geology textbooks, it's a bit of a gamble when you have only the cover and a brief description to inform a purchase decision.

Morgan in reception was phenomenal on gaining information for me before I made my drive up to SLC, to obtain my veteran state park pass. Recently moved to Utah and genuinely was impressed how much knowledge Michelle has about the state itself, even though she’s born and raised here, she knew every question a tee. She even gave me more insight on all the national parks inside the state, even including state parks that I had questions about. Purchased some great books that should help me with occupying my time and hiking experience! I’ve lived in a lot of different states and travelled frequently internationally, and I’m not sure I’ve met someone with as much knowledge of said area. Definitely would recommend stopping in!
