So I was just in The North Face store here at Crabtree Valley Mall. I'm in there looking for a jacket and not one person said a word to me well a white lady walks in and I hear good afternoon how are you doing so I look around a little bit more before deciding not to purchase the $270 jacket I liked. As I was leaving the store a white couple walked in and again I hear good afternoon Wow I just walked back in and still nothing all they want to do is watch me like I'm about to still something. On the way out I stopped a lady that works there and explained to her what just took place and all she said was, I will speak to them about it no apology what's so ever. So I came home and ordered a jacket from True Religion.

Customer since we purchased my daughter’s (and son’s) first “real” backpack 8 years ago. She currently rotates between two NorthFace (NF) coats, but it became necessary that she have a more substantial coat due to extreme weather/temperature conditions happening everywhere. I don’t reside in NC…… I called the Crabtree store this morning and the associates were extremely helpful. They provided guidance on a few general questions and also confirmed the Hydrenalite was available in her size. I easily placed an in-store pickup order (online). They had it ready very shortly afterwards. Daughter picked it up and went on with her day. To provide context—from the first call to the store —this all took place less than an hours time!! I greatly appreciate the store associate’s patience in addressing my initial questions ensuring my daughter’s store experience was seamless. She Loves her new coat and sling bag❣️

Nothing that major in problems, but had an annoying customer service experience recently- Went to pick up an online order, the sales rep went to fetch it, and they like to open the plastic shipping bag for some reason. He asked if I wanted a bag to carry my purchase out, of course I accepted, and I looked to make sure everything was in there. The original bag wasn’t in there, so I asked if I could have that, and he said “you don’t need that”, I said “just in case”, and he once again replied “ok but you don’t need that”. I’ve bought from online plenty of times before and those bags are for the free returns. This bag is a gift and I’d like to attach the original bag just in case, but since they ripped the bag in the middle, and not at the top where it’s perforated, it’s more of a hassle. The sales reps should ask if we want out online orders opened, and if so, rip it at the top.
