The Rabbit Hole never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, there's an undeniable vibe — welcoming, eclectic, and just the right amount of fun. The staff is a huge part of what makes this place special. Chris brings energy and charm, Ebony always makes sure you're taken care of with a smile, and Colin keeps things smooth and professional behind the bar. But let’s talk about Maya. Simply put, she’s in a league of her own. Maya isn’t just the best bartender at The Rabbit Hole — she’s the best on Wells Street, hands down. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time through the door, she remembers your name, your drink, and somehow still manages to make every guest feel like the most important person in the room. Her cocktails are consistently on point, and her vibe sets the tone for an unforgettable night. The Rabbit Hole is lucky to have this crew, but Maya? She is the magic behind the bar.

Chris , Eric , Maya and Ebony honesty make this place feel like home. Their service is excellent. The food is great and their happy hour is the happiest in all of old town. Where else could you get a burger for $6 , McDonald’s? Hell no even they have Mcflation. Not here though , just good vibes and good times. Makes me wonder if I was possibly a rabbit in a past life

When me and my friend went to rabbit hole, we were greatly impressed with the hospitality Maya brought to the bar. We were unsure on what to get and she threw out a few recommendations and easily whipped them up for us, along with every drink throughout the night. A great night we had and I will be coming again.

The mix of comfort food and inventive drinks helps satisfy a wide range of preferences, and while some menu items have received criticism, the uniqueness of the space and friendly service often tip the scale in its favor for group outings. This makes The Rabbit Hole a solid choice for anyone seeking a setting that feels special and different rather than a run-of-the-mill bar.
Additionally, the venue works well for different types of meetups—from casual friend hangouts to more structured celebrations—due to its flexible seating and welcoming vibe. Groups looking for a blend of theme, ambiance, and reliable service will find The Rabbit Hole an appealing candidate for their next gathering.
