If you value security and cleanliness this place is NOT for you. It's essentially a party spot. The access codes are given away freely at the gates and doors, which makes security and absolute joke. It's a TERRIBLE scene - HORRIBLE vibes Go in on a weekend and you'll see people that do not rent an actual space roaming the halls and bathrooms. It's a total free for all. It may be a cheaper option but is it worth it?

Place is a hole. Landlord keeps trying to charge us for an extra month that we demonstrably paid, but can't be bothered to clean up at an even basic level (e.g., there's been a mostly full beer bottle next to the stairs just sitting there for two or three months, and now recently there have just been chunks of broken glass on the floor). Supplying the bathrooms with soap is a recent development. Management can't be bothered to interact with problem tenants in any way beyond posting passive aggressive notes. But hey, it's I guess less expensive then some other dumps, so *shrug*

This place is super low-key, you kinda have to know somebody on the inside to get in. I went once with a local Chicago band & a popular Mana cover band was having their practice sessions here. Pretty dope to be surrounded by local heroes. They're hard to reach by phone, your best bet to inquire for info is to go in person.
