This place is wonderful. I have to admit, I’m a weary and critical person and oddity shops are often overpriced, insincere and exploitive. Wow am I ever charmed. First of all, there is parking (bless). It’s in a great area if you want to make a day of a trip there - for yourself, friends in town, even your mom will like it. It’s decorated beautifully & sensibly. There are affordable & accessible plants, jewelry and various goods from local vendors. They also offer classes. It’s a great, community minded space. I was recently in there buying some jewelry for my dearest friend’s birthday and I mentioned I lost my favorite pair of earrings that I had purchased there. Unprompted - she said they will make them for me and call me when they’re ready. And guys! THEY DID! Wow I didn’t expect that. When I got there they were packed all cute (who doesn’t love mauve colored tissue paper) and ready to go. AND AFFORDABLE. I don’t know who I have to thank for this gift, but THANK YOU. 🙏

Just as beautiful and fascinating as in the pictures!! I came all the way from North Carolina to Colorado with this on my bucket list, and getting to even just explore it was amazing! I ended up taking home a perfect Bobcat, and these skulls are so amazingly well cleaned and preserved! If you're into weird art, biology, or both like me, DEFINITELY at least take a peek!
