First time @ Surfas new location. Very nice. I did purchase some vanilla paste and Belgium Peal sugar. Both items to make housemade Liege Waffles! Yum... Surfas have a cafe and vegan pastries too! The main reason to visit Surfas is to partake in a pizza class. The class was head by Chef Noel. It was a wonderful class! We tried to learn four doughs. Two Neapolitan doughs. One in a traditional wooden mixing device and the other in a mixer. They other two were New York and Roman. All very good!
