Wow - what a wonderful restaurant! Our party of 4 sampled many delicious items. We had the good fortune of meeting the chef as well as the general manager while our table was being set up. That set the stage for a great evening. The atmosphere is unique, the staff knowledgeable, and the presentation very upscale. All recommendations were accurate as well as delicious. Service was consistent with thoughtful consideration given to our inquiries. We will be back soon!

The crab nachos were really good. Our host Chris, was very informative and friendly. I also ordered the zoodles with the grilled chicken with veggies it came out decent. Cocktail menu was also nice. Would definitely come back just to get a couple of beers. Overall ambience is good for a downtown restaurant (lots of homeless around the area, so it's nice the restaurant is on the second floor and they don't really affect the experience) we decided to sit outside in the balcony to get the view of downtown. The AT&T building and the clock tower building are directly visible from the balcony seating.

The Woolworth restaurant was a nice experience. Though they do have a nice cocktail bar I unfortunately didn’t try it on this occasion. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and the service was friendly and professional. The food, to be honest, I found lacking. While the prices were actually quite good, compared to what I’m used to in California or Hawaii, the quality was not what I’d expect it to be in a restaurant as nice as this one. The calamari was tender but soggy and the flavors seemed a bit confused (southern/cajun type seasoning in the breading, olive oil and balsamic glaze on the plate, served with a side of sweet and sour sauce). The port flatiron was way overcooked and dry. The “basque” cheesecake was tasty but was not a true basque cheesecake. It seemed more like an undercooked regular cheesecake that they then torched the top of to give it that burnt look. Overall nice for ambiance and cocktails but the food needs a lot of work. One word: WOW! This place was beyond amazing. We had the pleasure to have Micalah as our server tonight and she was amazing. Attentiveness, caring, great customer service. We just had the pleasure of have an early cocktail hour (Tuesday - 4:30pm) at this beautiful restaurant. Situated in the heart of downtown Dallas, the setting on the 2nd level is gorgeous. The restaurant was relatively quiet and empty because of the time of day. Our experience was solid. We had the Crab Nachos, Nana’s Toast Short Ribs and the Sicilian Calamari and a couple of cocktails, the Unforgettable and That’s What She Said. The crab nachos were definitely my favorite. The calamari seemed fresh but it wasn’t Sicilian so that’s a bit misleading. It had a thick coating and came with a sweet & sour dipping sauce. I would expect a beautiful homemade red Italian sauce or a little drizzle of olive oil and fresh lemon and herbs from this region. It was good just not Sicilian. Service was fast and Mario was very polite. It was my first time visiting so I would’ve wished a little more interaction and perhaps some history and recommendations about the place. I am still in search and on the quest to find a great happy hour location in the downtown Dallas area. This location had a couple of drinks for happy hour but no food items. I’m still searching……
