Absolutely love this place—it’s become one of our favorites! This was our fifth visit, and the food is just as amazing every time. We had the Thukpa and Thentuk, and both dishes tasted like they came straight from the Himalayas—warm, comforting, and full of rich flavors. The Thentuk is always a winner, with soft, chewy noodles and a hearty broth that feels like home. The noodles are top-notch and always cooked perfectly. On top of that, Dai was so kind and generous, making us feel truly welcomed. The food and the hospitality together make this place really special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Himalayan flavors!

Humble, tasty and memorable. Not from Tibet, but I liked the fact that this food wasn't pretentious, wasn't adjusted to the "Americanized" taste to please what most people are used to. This food is simple, but has a huge soul that comes with it. Many years living in Boulder and for the first time ever I felt like I was actually eating homemade food. Brought back memories from my childhood, brought some energy to me. Made me realize that food doesn't exist only to please my hunger, made me notice that one way or another food is a connection between me and other places, other times and other people. Such an amazing experience.

We went to Tibet Kitchen to have thentuk after many years we had back in Nepal. It was phenomenal. Best experience. We had two chicken thentuk with spicy and non spicy and both gave us the Nepali vibes. Brother at the front gave us the chai, which was one of the best we had. He was kind and helpful as well. This place is pretty small, however, has great atmosphere. If you want to stay warm and have something that heals your coldness, thentuk and other things this place have is something you should never miss in your lifetime. Must try place, must have thentuk. Just wowwwww😋😋The best noodles I have had so far in US. 😋Thank you for everything Dai.
