My favorite store from San Diego has come to Barton Creek Mall! Though I’m a bit older then their target demographic, I will always will have a soft spot for Tilly’s. Fun, trendy clothing, shoes, knickknacks, and look at the backpack wall. This is the only store I bought back packs from. Store is very chill and laid back, without being rude. It’s clean, fun, and well kept! I will be coming back!

Disappointed. I bought a pair of shoes online that didn't fit so instead of losing $7 by shipping them back by mail (they deduct shipping costs from your return), I decided to return them in person at the store. I had to make an extra-long drive just to get here but figured it'd be worth it. Unfortunately, they said that they are not able to take them back because I bought them during a sale. Their website says that you get free store credit if bought during a sale. She didn't allow me to do that. So now, I will have to lose $7 off of my refund not to mention a wasted trip into Austin. The customer should come first -- these shoes still had tags, were in the original wrapping, etc. and still she would not give me credit for them.
