I have practiced here for years and seen paper towels in the bathrooms maybe three times EVER. During Covid, that's awful. Not to mention, what if you have to #2?? Soap has only magically appeared in the bathrooms a few months ago after 3 years without, and is still iffy on consistency. The building on Columbia is stiflingly hot in the summer(you don't understand HOT until you experience this) and frigidly cold in the winter, and half the building has a strange 10 pm curfew and the other half doesn't, allegedly due to zoning. I know after two decades rehearsal spaces are rarely if ever "nice" but c'mon, we pay a lot of money to a place that's barely maintained. Why 3 stars? The bar is really low on practice spaces but that's 60% in my book. As in a D-, barely passing. Manager is communicative, that's good. We never had our gear jacked. Bands at the space are friendly. Some rooms are quite large. Overall - adequate but not great. Get some gotdamn proper hygiene products in the bathrooms already!!!
