Such a lovely beach! 🧜🏻♀️ It’s great for surfing (also for beginners) with a big parking lot, public restrooms & showers. I really like it for beach walks too: You can start in PB and walk along the end of Tourmaline where you‘ll find some stairs so that you can enjoy a fantastic view from above.

It's pretty easy to find parking here, even over Memorial Day Weekend (Seriously!). While it's not too busy, it's also not desolate either, and there is plenty of retail and restaurants close by.
