I LOVE this workout so much. I have been coming here for a few years now. It is complex, varied yet consistent and the ability to tailor it to your needs is very special. My favorite instructor of all time is Allison. If you are able to get into one of her classes you are lucky! She is so kind, helpful, patient, alert and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of this workout and how you should be moving in order to achieve results. A slight correction from Allison makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!
