My initial interaction with them I would have given them a 5 star but over the last 2-3 weeks I’ve been sending emails and calling and have gotten no response. Maybe something happened so I will give them the benefit of the doubt with a 3 star instead of a 1 or 2 star. I ordered a deck for my son not realizing they came in assorted colors. He wanted a purple one and we received a brown one. They were great about having us sending it back with a note stating we would like a purple one instead. I did this and it delivered on Nov 15 as I tracked it through USPS. Since then I’ve emailed 3-4 times and called numerous times always getting a voicemail. All I wanted was an update as my son is anxious to get his deck.
