A few weeks ago I ordered a burger off of their website, which I paid for in advance. When I came to pick it up, not only was my food not ready, but after about 25 minutes of waiting, I found out that the restaurant I ordered from, Rotana Bites, doesn't even exist anymore. The employees were not helpful at all, and nobody seems to know what's going on with their website or the different restaurants within u district eats. I don't mind ghost kitchens, but this place is so disorganized that it can't be trusted. I wouldn't recommend going here, because there's a chance you will wait for a long time just never get your food. You are forced to wait for your food in this small room that just has a touchscreen and no employees. It's not a good system, especially if you're in a hurry or have a problem with your order. Besides that, the main problem is that their website is not accurate, so you don't know if the place you're ordering from is really even open. I don't ever leave bad reviews but it was a huge bummer to wait so long and then not get my food, it wasted my entire lunch break and that's not cool.
