Lady with the dark lipstick was nice. She placed my order without a notepad which made me consider she has skills. I don’t know if it was on her or the kitchen but I ordered the Brewhouse breakfast with choice of sausage & sunny side hard. My meal came out with bacon instead and I bit into the eggs, they were cold. My eggs in my opinion were not fried hard. The meal states breakfast potatoes but it’s just tater tots which is extremely disappointing. Order was delivered by someone else with no utensils. When lady in the lipstick realized, she brought me a side of sausage & the utensil roll but turns out there was only a knife in it. Gave me a new roll but didn’t check up on me after that. The food was mediocre at best for it being over priced and service could be better. Operation just seems all over the place.

Our drinks not brought until after our food arrived. No way to add additional customization and what we asked for from a live person was not done. Ordered the chicken sandwich which lacked flavor. Asked for a condiment on side and was not done. No refill on water or check in again from waittress. Then bill closes out earlier than quoted 40 minutes and charged ans automatic 20% tip. I am a fan of tipping big but for good service. This was not. The tip could not be changed and I now have to wait for a follow up for a Manger to be brought in. Very disappointed.

Great beer at an amazing price, especially for an airport ($6 for a pint of craft beer). Server barely spoke English and was rude. The worst was the $15 grilled cheese, literally one slice of prepackaged processed American cheese food, a slice of tomato, a slice of Swiss (maybe?) on rock hard white toast. Will definitely be back for the beer. Writing this to remind myself to get my food elsewhere.
