Went into this store just browsing for used clubs to put into my collection. Was not helped by anyone, but when asked for help the employees were rude, dismissive and made remarks under their about how California people should stay in California. They were quite appalled by my long hair as well. I'm not from here, and don't look it either and the employees certainly took note. Never shopping here again after such a poor experience

I stopped in to get my clubs re-gripped. The repair shop was honest and spent the time to educate me on why I didn't need new grips and how to care for my current ones to make sure they last longer. The tech also took the extra time to point out how the grips may be part of my slice issue and how to correct it. They could've easily have just taken my money and set me on my way but instead they took the opportunity to make a customer for life!

I went to this place based on the reviews. I went here on a Tuesday afternoon. Not one employee approached me the entire time I was there. I am shopping for a used driver. After watching other customers, I figured how to use their in door driving range and tested a few clubs. I walked around the store and no employee spoke to me. The only time an employee spoke to me was to tell me to have a good day as I left. The only positive about the store was the ability for me to test a few drivers. I will not be returning to this store and I will purchase a driver else where that I demo here.
