Horrible. Very dismissive. Took a trip over to the store with the available hours only to have a sign saying out to lunch. Answer the phone only for someone to be short and could care less if we bought or not which we were prepared to purchase. Spend your money elsewhere with people that appreciate your funds.

I am all for supporting small business but this place is the absolute worst! My husband took me here to purchase skates as a Mother’s Day gift. The next day when I took the skates out of the box one was dirty, scuffed and damaged. I did not wear the skates so we could exchange them. When my husband took the skates in the owner refused to exchange let alone even look at the skates to see the damage. He told my husband to contact the manufacturer. Also he over charges for his skates by more than half of the retail price. I did not know this until I started looking online to discover that these particular skates run from $70 to $120 at stores like Amazon, target, Walmart, and kohl’s. I am extremely disappointed and want to share my experience so others don’t have to endure the same thing. I will continue to support small business but not here. Sadly now I’m going to have to pay extra to get my brand new skates repaired.
