This place is clean and well-organized. They have an excellent selection of men’s clothes in addition to women’s. The clothing inventory is made up of up-to-date items, better brands, some new with tags, with some vintage thrown in. They have a large selection of shoes and accessories as well. The dressing rooms are clean and numerous. But the best part of all, the staff members were cheerful, competent, and friendly—as if they’d been trained and actually like their jobs! Imagine that.

The store is organized, bright and set up nicely. The different sections make it interesting and easy to shop. Staff was friendly despite being inundated with items to sort. I wish their BST was more convenient. I find it a little unreasonable that you have to be 2-5 minutes from the store if you choose the option to have them review items for purchase the same day yet if you leave it for them to process later ( 2-5 days processing time), you have to pick up same day or they donate it. I understand they aren’t in the storage business, but a little more flexibility is needed. I dropped off on a Wednesday and couldn’t wait 2.5 hours, so they told me they’d call when it was ready. On Saturday at 2pm, they called to say they had chosen 14 of my 17 items. If I didn’t pick them up before closing that day, they weren’t going to give me the leftovers. They paid $3.92 per item, which is what I expected. Overall, not something I would do again. Time is more valuable!
