I came with multiple bags with newly used items. Ranged from workout clothes, business casual, and dresses. They only took 3 items and only gave me $10.. Blazers didn't make the cut, Work out jackets didn't make the cut. Heels that have never been worn did not make the cut. If it is not name brand they not taking nothing.. It is upsetting because as I was waiting in store, I saw a lot blazers and work out jackets on the racks. Just dumb I think I'm through shopping with Uptown tbh.

I went yesterday to find some dresses. I went to the dressing room to try on 10 dresses. Unfortunately, only one dress worked out. When I exited the dressing room one employee asked me if everything worked out and I said no, just the one and handed the others to her. The other employee, who was wearing a DBU shirt, mumbled “perfect” with an attitude under her breath and then proceeded to roll her eyes. At that point I felt extremely disrespected so I put the one dress I was planning on getting away and just left. Will not be returning to this store since I received attitude for having an employee do the job they’re being paid to do.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This store overprices EVERYTHING, mislabels their clothing brands, and charges more than the retail price. It’s insane. Do NOT buy anything from here. In response to their comment: This isn’t the first item that I have found that is overpriced. Do not buy anything from this store unless you have to. They price more than you can get it online…and they’re USED clothes. This business is horrible and loves to leech money off the donations and customers.

Very chill spot to shop and get a great deal. This location is always extremely organized and the workers are really nice and never do too much as far as greeting too enthusiastically and in your face asking if you need help. It's very relaxing and it's solely because of the workers.
