If you are thinking of joining the EMT program, do NOT join with this school. I have nothing good to say about them. They don't care about your success they only care about taking your money. Most of their equipment is broken meaning no proper training for the field. They took 6 months after finishing all my hours and exams to give me graduation status and only because I told them I was done paying until something was done. I just joined EMS Corps, next cohort arriving in January. They just arrived to San Diego. Save your money and time because Ems corps pays YOU a monthly stipend so you don't worry financially and everything you will need, uniforms, laptops, gas cards or transportation. This corporation cares to train high quality emts. It feels like a fresh breath of air even if it means starting over because of all the support provided. Look for their applications and apply because US Colleges isn't it.

I completed the Medical Assistant program at US College a few years ago. The tuition was fully paid by a sponsoring company, and I received my certificate. Now, after a change in administration, the school is suddenly claiming I owe money—even though I was told everything was settled at the time. They have been calling me repeatedly, sending threatening emails, and insisting that I provide proof of payment for a course that was paid in full by someone else. A supervisor (Mr. Rangel) initially confirmed I didn’t owe anything, but later called back saying he was mistaken. This situation is extremely unprofessional and stressful. I feel harassed and unfairly treated. ⚠️ Be careful with this school. There’s a serious lack of organization and accountability. I do not recommend it unless they improve their administrative and ethical standards.

Great educators and program, but thats it. If you have to get ahold of the school at all after you have graduated good luck. But if they want money they have no problem reaching out to you so fast. I signed up for a 9 month payment plan, but they were not taking out the proper amount each month, I didn’t know that. I thought I was done making payments so I didn’t put money in my account for another payment. So when they didn’t get their money the called me the morning that the payment didn’t go through. I was livid! They tried blaming an employee that wasn’t there anymore to not have to take responsibility. It was even on paper that I was only supposed to make 9 payments. It was a mistake on their end so I feel like I shouldn’t have had to paid anything else. But im a good person so I payed off the rest in one payment to just be done with them, but I should have fought it more.

Still a horrible experience , almost two years later and no one answers the phone. When I was there the instructor would stay for 30 minutes to an hour and release us. The people in my class all got cheated out of 2 grand for this shady program. They won’t answer the phone but the second you miss a payment they will call you , your mother and your job.

My daughter attended and completed EMT 8 weeks program back in 9/2024. She passed National Certificate in November, and she working on EMT diver license and live scan applying for jobs in 12/2024. Some agencies called back and asking for courses completion cert. and she’s just now realized US College was never gave or sent her one. Past 5 weeks, she has been emailing many times-no answer, phone called- no one answering and one phone number has been disconnected, and she even showed up in the office and talked to Don- program coordinator, but they are just passing around and making many lame excuses as “Dan is taking care of EMT program and don’t coming until later, we don’t have seal and paper, someone name George quit, we don’t have that phone number anymore…” but won’t provide new phone so we can follow up. This morning 2/11/2025 we showed up again at 10am and get same answer, I’m determined that we not leaving without it today as it will delay or my daughter lose her chance of getting the jobs. We were asked to come back after 1:30 as Dan will come-in, we called back again at 1:45 (as Ling understood our frustration, gave us her direct cell phone) and yes he has not showed up. At this point my chest was about to exploded, we came right back to the office at 2:10 and wait for the paper that they should have sent it to students since October! Pls everyone don’t get trapped, at one point I thought this institution was fraud and scam, tuition fee was higher as that all they care once they got your money, unorganized, didn’t get the student the internship or reference as promised, unprofessional. If I can give 0 star I would!
